Control systems

The core of the business. Programming, commissioning and documentation for machines and process lines.

  • PLC programming

    Rockwell / Allen-Bradley in Studio 5000 and Siemens in TIA Portal. Structured Text, Ladder Logic and Add-On Instructions. New code written to a standard the site team can maintain, and changes to existing code without breaking what already works.

  • HMI and SCADA development

    FactoryTalk View ME, FactoryTalk Optix and WinCC in TIA Portal. Screens designed for the operator on the line, alarms that mean something, and consistent navigation across a machine or a suite.

  • Robot programming and integration

    ABB, Universal Robots, Mecademic and Epson. Robot cells integrated with the PLC and safety system. Handshaking, recipe handling, error recovery and cycle time work.

  • Commissioning and site support

    On site for FAT, SAT and start-up. Loop checks, I/O checkout, sequence testing and the fixes that only show up when the machine runs for real.

  • Validation and documentation

    Functional and design specifications, test protocols and executed test records for pharma and medtech projects. Written to fit the client quality system, not the other way round.

Engineering software

Web applications built for engineers and operators. Tools that run in a browser and sit next to the control system. Not marketing websites or corporate sites. If it has a tag database, a sequence or a test case in it, it is our kind of app.

  • PLC simulators and emulators

    Browser-based simulators that run ladder logic or structured text without hardware. Used for training operators, testing logic before commissioning, and demonstrating a sequence to a client.

  • Test harnesses

    Automated testing for PLC code. Drive inputs, check outputs, record results. Test cases mapped to the functional spec so the executed record writes itself.

  • Commissioning and engineering tools

    I/O checkout trackers, tag and alarm managers, punch lists, recipe editors, data viewers. Small tools that remove spreadsheet work from a project.

AI agents

Language-model agents built for controls engineering. Each one has a defined job, works on your data where your data is allowed to go, and produces output an engineer reviews and signs off. Useful where the work is reading, writing and checking, which is most of the documentation load on a regulated project.

  • Code review and documentation

    Agents that read a PLC project, explain what a routine does, flag deviations from a coding standard, and draft the design description from the code.

  • Test generation

    Agents that turn a functional specification into test cases, run them against a simulator or test harness, and report what passed and what did not.

  • Engineering assistants

    Question-answering over your specifications, standards and project history. Runs against your documents, with sources shown, so an engineer can check the answer.

    Code, screens and documents delivered in stages you can review. You see progress before commissioning, not after.

    Commissioning

    On site or remote for start-up and testing. Support after handover is agreed up front.
